How quickly can you come out for an estimate after I call?
An estimate can typically take place within 24-48 hours. Sometimes even same day.
Do you give estimates over the phone?
We can give you a rough estimate however, the only way to give you an accurate estimate is by seeing the area in which you desire the work to be completed.
What are your operating hours?
Typically Monday through Friday. 8am to 5pm. We give our customers a “completed by date”. This allows flexability for both the customer and Home Services Unltd. We also can provide service on Saturday and Sunday. Just tell us what you need!
Is a down payment or a deposit required before work is started?
Yes, 30% up front is the standard and typical for most projects. What areas do you serve?We currently serve Northern Virginia including, Loudoun (Leesburg, South Riding, Ashburn, Sterling), Prince William, Arlington, Alexandria, Fauquier, and Culpeper.
